Write three SMART goals you would like to focus on over the next few weeks?

  1. I will consume a well-balanced diet consisting of proteins, fibrous carbohydrates, seafood, fruits, and vegetables every morning for the next two weeks in order to increase my daily intake of energy, proteins, fat, fiber, vitamin D, calcium, and magnesium to the recommended levels of 1910 kcal, 100 g, 67 g, 38 g, 600 IU, 100 mg, and 8 mg respectively.
  2. I will limit my daily intake of processed foods, sugary beverages, and sodium-dense foods by substituting them with fruit and vegetable snacks, drinking water and unsweetened tea, and avoiding convenience foods in order to reduce my daily intake of carbohydrates and sodium to 226 g and 1500 mg, respectively.
  3. During the next two weeks, I will introduce potassium-rich foods such as spinach, yams, and avocados into my diet, as well as iron-rich red meat, pork, chicken, or seafood, to increase my daily potassium and iron intake to 2400 and 8 mg, respectively.00 and 8 mg/day respectively.
